Padmakumar Nair

MIT Sloan School of Management alumnus with 18+ years of leadership experience in multiple countries in devising, executing strategies and leading teams to success. Managed multi- disciplinary, cross functional, geographically diverse and dispersed teams to effectively optimize business value, brand loyalty and customer experience. Inclusive leader with a strategic mindset and healthy record of operational success by invigorating teams, motivating changes, and encouraging open communication.
Taylor Tresselt
Chief Commercial Officer
Taylor brings over 25 years of experience delivering strategic sales growth for companies in cybersecurity and big data analytics. Taylor led and scaled the sales organization at QOMPLX, and has driven sales at large companies and startups alike, including Oracle, MemSQL (SingleStore), and Basho Technologies. With a proven track record in quickly growing sales for technology startups, he has had successful exits through acquisitions to Juniper Networks, IBM, and Akamai. Taylor is known for his collaborative leadership style and for building teams embedded with a customer-first mindset.
Nikhil Narayan
Vice President - Data Science
Nikhil Narayan is a seasoned computer vision researcher with over a decade of experience in designing and developing computer vision algorithms from conception to production. He is known for his exemplary performance in multiple capacities. (Leadership + IC) at organizations including Mensa Brands, MFine, Sony Research India, Samsung Research Institute – Bangalore, and Siemens, where he also filed multiple patents and published papers in respected journals and conferences. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and an MSc in Signal Processing from the same institution. He is currently the VP – Data Science, at Ennoventure.
Arvind Radhakrishnan
Product Head
Arvind Radhakrishnan has over 19 years of experience, spanning leadership roles in product management and business strategy across diverse industries including eCommerce, Quick Commerce, Fintech and Aerospace. He is an experienced product leader, who has driven over $100M annual product-led growth. Previously, as Director at Delivery Hero, he led Product Management for Global Supply Chain Operations to scale quick commerce supply chain in over 70 countries. In his earlier role at Lowe’s (Fortune 50), he identified and drove more than $100M incremental growth in key growth categories. He has also led major initiatives that provided scale and growth across companies like Zoomcar India, eBay, Capital One, American Express, and Honeywell. He holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University.
Prasenjit Ghoshal
Head Of Engineering
Prasenjit Ghoshal is a seasoned engineering leader with over 13 years of experience across multiple domains, including security, finance, healthcare, telecom, and travel & hospitality. As the Head of Engineering at Ennoventure, he drives global technology and architecture, aligning enterprise IT goals with broader business objectives. Prior to this, Prasenjit held key leadership roles at notable enterprises and startups, including Intralinks, Seamless Distribution Systems AB, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and MFine, where he played a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence, successfully scaling businesses from 0-1, 1-10, and 10-100, and delivering robust technological solutions to meet industry demands. He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, and an expert in technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, and Al, with a strong focus on security and Six Sigma practices. Prasenjit was recognized as one of the Top 30 Technology Leaders in India by Indian Startup Times in 2024.
Ahmad R Chatila
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Ahmad Chatila is Managing Partner of Fenice Investment Group, a position he has held since 2017. He is the co-Founder of NexGen Power Systems Inc. and serves on its Board of Directors. He is the co-founder of FTC Solar and has served as a member of the board of directors since January 2017. Mr. Chatila also serves on the board Dimension Energy LLC, since co-founding it in 2018. Mr. Chatila was also the transformation architect at Enphase Energy Inc. from 2017 to 2020. Mr. Chatila previously served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of SunEdison from 2009 to 2016. Prior to joining SunEdison, Mr. Chatila served as Executive Vice President of Memory and Imaging Division of Cypress and head of Worldwide Operations from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Chatila also serves on the boards of the private companies Akra Inc., Ohmium, Inc. Biggie Inc. and SunEdison Infrastructure Limited. Mr. Chatila previously served as Chairman of the board of TerraForm Power Inc and TerraForm Global Inc. Mr. Chatila holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, a Master of Science, Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.

Experienced Chief Technology Officer, IIM Bangalore alumnus with two decades of experience in cutting edge technology realms in the information technology and services industry. Owner of multiple IP rights and building Ennoventure into a unique technology startup that leverages AI & Cryptography in Anti counterfeit & connected packaging for Brand protection & engagement.
Abraham George
BOARD DIRECTOR
Abraham George is the Founder Partner at Peoplsense, a brand that curates People Practices for Startups and SMEs and helps them scale and achieve meaningful growth. In addition to being on the board of Ennoventure, he is also on the Advisory board of Energy Engineering, a global energy solutions company. He has over 25 years of rich corporate experience in senior management roles across many leading companies like Ooredoo, Airtel and Oberoi group across India & the Middle east. His areas of expertise span the full spectrum of HR domains including strategic planning & design thinking. He has a Masters degree in Personnel management & Industrial relations and a bachelors in Geology.
Adrienne D. Eifler

An alumnus of University of Missouri, Adrienne is highly experienced in Finance and Operations. She specializes in Strategic Planning, IPOs, Supply Chain master planning, Restructuring Corporate Finance, Tax Forecasting & Compliance, Communication Strategy and Risk management. Adrienne has a strong leadership record in complex project management and personnel management for business development and business expansion and growth.
Adrienne is a proven performer with deep business insights and a depth of experience in her areas of specialization. She has demonstrable leadership skills and is familiar with dealing with foreign governments and businesses around the world.
Chad Kite

Recognized for his strategic vision and leadership skills, Chad has successfully delivered extraordinary results in challenging and competitive environments. Throughout his career, Chad has been recognized for his keen business acumen, ability to align commercial objectives with organization goals, leveraging his expertise in market analysis, and strategic planning in organizations including QOMPLX, Distil Networks, Basho Technologies, and Cvent.
Sunil Thamaran
BOARD DIRECTOR
Sunil Thamaran is the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Enphase. With over 30 years of experience in engineering and business management within the semiconducto and energy industries, Sunil is currently leading strategic initiatives, driving product innovation and expanding Enphase’s market presence globally. Prior to joining Enphase, he served as the Managing Director of Design and Engineering for solar power projects in the APAC region for SunEdison India. He has also spent over 19 years with Cypress Semiconductor, overseeing marketing, engineering, applications, and systems teams. As a member of the board, he seeks to drive Ennoventure to new heights with his strategic insights and global market understanding. Sunil received his B.Tech. degree in electronics engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut, India. He also attended the Executive Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2017 and holds three U.S. patents.
