Chairman Of The Board
Ahmad Chatila is Managing Partner of Fenice Investment Group, a position he has held since 2017. He is the co-Founder of NexGen Power Systems Inc. and serves on its Board of Directors. He is the co-founder of FTC Solar and has served as a member of the board of directors since January 2017. Mr. Chatila also serves on the board Dimension Energy LLC, since co-founding it in 2018. Mr. Chatila was also the transformation architect at Enphase Energy Inc. from 2017 to 2020. Mr. Chatila previously served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of SunEdison from 2009 to 2016. Prior to joining SunEdison, Mr. Chatila served as Executive Vice President of Memory and Imaging Division of Cypress and head of Worldwide Operations from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Chatila also serves on the boards of the private companies Akra Inc., Ohmium, Inc. Biggie Inc. and SunEdison Infrastructure Limited. Mr. Chatila previously served as Chairman of the board of TerraForm Power Inc and TerraForm Global Inc. Mr. Chatila holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, a Master of Science, Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.

Abraham George is the Founder Partner at Peoplsense, a brand that curates People Practices for Startups and SMEs and helps them scale and achieve meaningful growth. In addition to being on the board of Ennoventure, he is also on the Advisory board of Energy Engineering, a global energy solutions company. He has over 25 years of rich corporate experience in senior management roles across many leading companies like Ooredoo, Airtel and Oberoi group across India & the Middle east. His areas of expertise span the full spectrum of HR domains including strategic planning & design thinking. He has a Masters degree in Personnel management & Industrial relations and a bachelors in Geology.

An alumnus of University of Missouri, Adrienne is highly experienced in Finance and Operations. She specializes in Strategic Planning, IPOs, Supply Chain master planning, Restructuring Corporate Finance, Tax Forecasting & Compliance, Communication Strategy and Risk management. Adrienne has a strong leadership record in complex project management and personnel management for business development and business expansion and growth. Adrienne is a proven performer with deep business insights and a depth of experience in her areas of specialization. She has demonstrable leadership skills and is familiar with dealing with foreign governments and businesses around the world.
Sunil Thamaran

Sunil Thamaran is the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Enphase. With over 30 years of experience in engineering and business management within the semiconducto and energy industries, Sunil is currently leading strategic initiatives, driving product innovation and expanding Enphase’s market presence globally. Prior to joining Enphase, he served as the Managing Director of Design and Engineering for solar power projects in the APAC region for SunEdison India. He has also spent over 19 years with Cypress Semiconductor, overseeing marketing, engineering, applications, and systems teams. As a member of the board, he seeks to drive Ennoventure to new heights with his strategic insights and global market understanding. Sunil received his B.Tech. degree in electronics engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut, India. He also attended the Executive Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2017 and holds three U.S. patents.
