Reporting to: Chief Business Officer
Function: Business Development

Role Context:
Work with the sales leadership team for setting the sales strategy & plan and targets for the global sales team. Influence the direction of the sales plan and strategy and overall targets. This role is responsible making, organizing, implementing the sales plan according to the target and market demand.

Functional Context:
You will play a crucial role in the sales process and collaborate with our portfolio of technology products and services that help save lives by detecting and combating global counterfeit goods and services. You will be part of a fantastic team of talented techno commercial experts, engineers, solution architects, product developers, commercial, operations, and delivery professionals who are all passionate about what they do

Role Expectations:
» Will have sales planning responsibility for achieving the agreed company sales for regional and segment revenue targets.
» Understand the marketplace, competition vertical markets and customer segments to guide the overall sales strategy and plan
» Drive sales regional and vertical market revenue performance vs sale targets to ensure revenue delivery across all regions and vertical markets
» Engage with sales colleagues including pre sales solution architects to ensure alignment and drive in same sales & commercial direction
» Oversee sales performance management framework including dashboards, scorecards, reporting, etc.
» Run the sales budget process with global regions, vertical markets, sales Line Management, CBO and Finance
» Oversee bid management function from the sales side ensuring integration with overall operations & commercial strategy
» Act as sales HQ entry point with Finance and Marketing teams
» Set-up market intelligence framework for better understanding of the market (incl Market Mapping exercise)
» Responsible for internal and external communication of quarterly campaigns and updates to global sales teams and stakeholders via email, sales materials, intranet, newsletters, etc.

Performance Indicator:
» Accuracy % of Pipeline Forecast
» Time delivery of annual sales plans
» Quarterly target rollout with monthly actual versus targets variance analysis
» Detailed monthly metrics and ratios for accurate sales planning
» Weekly account review process management

Minimum Entry Qualifications & Additional Certifications:
MBA / Engineering / Degree in Quantitative(STEM), economics, finance, Mathematics

5-7 years of experience in experienced in result sales planning with leadership potential & ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
The ideal candidate should have commercial front-line and or sales, marketing or financial planning experience

Knowledge Areas:
Excellent expertise in complex Excel modeling and superb PowerPoint expertise is a must!
