Role Context:

The role identifies growth opportunities, key partners to work with and areas of key focus for the Indirect channel. This leads into the production and ownership of the channel roadmap to ensure initiatives are prioritised and seen through to delivery. The roadmap activity plan aims to deliver the channel contribution to the 3-year growth plan and looks at high impact opportunities for customer acquisition and margin growth across all lines of products.

“You will play a crucial role in the sales process and collaborate with our portfolio of technology products and services that help save
lives by detecting and combating global counterfeit goods and services. You will be part of a fantastic team of talented techno-commercial
experts, engineers, solution architects, product developers, commercial, operations, and delivery professionals who are all passionate about what they do.

Role Expectations:

»Build and grow Ennoventure’s channel partnerships program, by collaborating with multiple partners including Aggregators, Integrators, Consultants, Independent Vendors, Partners.
» Own all elements of the partnership life cycle: scoping of opportunities, identifying potential partners, framing of value, negotiating     agreements, implementation and optimization
» Work cross-functionally and collaborate internally with the marketing, Direct Sales, Operations, Legal and finance teams
» Manage executive relationships with key partners and their onboarding
» Develop sales pipeline and ensure revenue target is surpassed.
» Help expand the partner ecosystem
» Maintain healthy and productive relationships with partners, resolving business, policy and technical issues
» Own forecasts and track strategic partner metrics

Minimum Entry Qualifications & Additional Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology , Marketing

Experience and Skills:
Experience:

» 7+ years growing and/or managing Business Development
» 5 + years of managing Channel Partners
» 2+ Years working with senior executives building deep and trusted C-Suite and Director level relationship

Knowledge Areas:
Essential

Excellent understanding and knowledge of industry structure, commercial model and critical success factors in the printing, packaging,
creative / advertising agencies, track & trace, warranty, loyalty platform providers, converter, laminator and contract manufacturing players etc.

Skills:
Essential

Ability to enhance and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the printing, packaging, creative / advertising
agencies, track & trace, warranty, loyalty platform providers, converter,aminator and contract manufacturing players etc.
