Role Context:
Marketing managers oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This would include spearheading market research efforts, coordinating initiatives across different stakeholders support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Functional Context:
Marketing team creating a company’s global, regional and vertical marketing strategy and also drives and manages the planning, implementation, and execution of marketing plans. The team is responsible for the P&L of product portfolios and is accountable for value propositions, go to market, customer experience etc.

Role Expectations:
» Sales Support including preparing custom decks, video and demo props. CRM interactions
» Researching and analysing market trends and competitors
» Analyze customer insights, consumer trends and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
» Lead the execution of marketing programs for internal teams including Technology, delivery, HR etc.
» Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with internal marketing team to develop tools,
programs and training content
» Develop and implement pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts jointly
with sales
» Agency management Digital/PR/Creative
» Plan for companies participation in events, trade shows, conferences and support
» Support pricing studies & proposals, analysis of market trends

Minimum Entry Qualifications & Additional Certifications
Master’s degree in Marketing / Business

Experience and Skills:
5 -7 yrs overall experience with atleast 3 years in a similar role

» B2B marketing
» Knowledge of Digital marketing and social media strategy
» Product & revenue management
» Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
» Account based marketing for Lead generation
